100% Syrah from three different locations come together here to create a complex red wine. Reff, soft tannins and dark berry, spicy-aromatic fruit notes make the "Dangerfield" a full but elegant wine. All grapes are fermented spontaneously in open rock fermentation tanks. This wine then matures for around 20 months in French oak barrels that have been used several times

Since 2014, Sebastian Beaurnont has been bottling a pure Syrah again, consistently following the example of the old world. The choice of word 'Syrah', in contrast to Shiraz, is also intended to underline this conceptually. The approach that fine fruit, integrated spice and animating freshness should carry a Syrah and not excessive sweet fruit extracts and alcohol makes this fantastic red wine a never-ending drinking pleasure. .
